Día de Campo is a special tour package prepared to let our one-day guests enjoy a breather from the frenzy of city life. You'll live one day in our Estancia and experience daily farm activities, our famed cuisine and the exuberance of Nature far from the concrete jungle.
You are invited to spend a day surrounded by our natural environment and to let our experienced staff make you the center of their attention and care.
There are many activities you can partake in a Día de Campo package: stroll through our gardens and countryside prairies, participate in rural activities or just lie down in the shade and quietly take it all in. Those favoring more energetic activities can choose among volleyball, soccer, bicycling, table tennis, horseback riding through many different country paths, Sulky rides, trekking, golf, or take a tour to the nearby city of Mercedes.
What would a Día de Campo be without the famous Asado and other delicious criollo delicacies brought together by a rich red wine? You are invited to taste our cuisine and the house specialty: our famed home made bread.

The Argentine Asado is more than a meal. It is Art. There is a great Argentine tradition in the ritual of the preparation and roasting of meat. This tradition dates from the Gauchos who populated the whole country and specially the Pampas. The Asado carries the seal of Argentine Heritage.
It is not the open flame that makes the Asado great. It is live coals and the Asado master's expert hand that slowly roast the meat, preserving it's essential qualities and unique flavor that truly make this a taste to remember forever.
La Vasquita's Asado masters carefully select the most tender meat cuts and then proudly execute their art so you can enjoy the incredible taste of the Pampas. The fundamental difference, that makes the Argentine Asado unique, is the way the cattle is raised. The animals are always in the open field and they feed on fresh pastures. This is crucial for the production of the finest meat quality. No doubt Argentina has the best meat in the World!

the chimichurri Argentine dressing and of course, a great Argentine red wine.
