Welcome

Estancia La Vasquita is more than 150 years old. It started as an outpost on the Buenos Aires to San Jacinto-Franklin- Suipacha road. In June, 2005, La Vasquita reopens its doors to the world in order to give its guests an unforgettable experience.

Our Casco (as the estancia houses of the Pampas are called) is a typical colonial structure dating from the XIX century. Local historians date the first buildings to 1829.

The beautiful main Casco has two warm dining rooms, two cozy living rooms with fireplaces and salamanders, a library, a video room, ample verandas and magnificent gardens. All halls are tastefully decorated as it was done in the good old times.

In its adjacent buildings La Vasquita houses ten fully equipped suites that are also carefully decorated.

La Vasquita

La Vasquita also provides the comfort that you require for your business and social events.

The Argentine Pampas are unique. You'll be delighted with the typical flavors of our cuisine. Enjoy an Asado (traditional barbecue) made of the best meats in the world, from the finest breeds, explore delicious Criollo dishes and discover the house specialty: our many varieties of home made bread. Naturally, it all comes together beautifully with a good red wine.

You can engage in any of the many activities La Vasquita has to offer or you can choose to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Pampas. Our countryside landscape is an exuberant display of nature, embodied by our centennial trees, agricultural fields and great variety of farm animals such as horses, geese, sheep and exotic birds.

La Vasquita is emblematic for its surroundings, nurturing our need for contact with nature for those who seek out quiet hideaways. Our close attention to every personal detail makes our guests experience a memorable stay.
